Claudia Silki

Actress, playwright, and performance creator. She has participated in more than twenty stage productions, including Diana y la sombra, a work selected in the 2020 “Espacios Escénicos en Resiliencia” Call of the Centro Cultural Helénico and in the official selection of the Festival for Equality, Tiempo de Mujeres (2021); Nadie se va a reír, by Lucía Leonor Enríquez (actress and director); Telegramas, by Daniel de la O; Limítrofe, written and directed by Ignacio Flores de la Lama; and Sin trama, sin final, written and directed by Ylia Popesku. She has also worked in film, radio, and television, in projects such as La historia de Juana (2024), La Hora Marcada (2023), Falsos Falsificados (2017), and El fantástico mundo de Juan Orol (2012).

 

Her training includes workshops and specialized courses in playwriting, directing, and techniques such as Suzuki, Viewpoints, Meisner, psychological realism, Mikhail Chekhov’s psychophysical method, Clown, and Lee Strasberg technique at the National School of Theatrical Arts, Casa Azul, and the National Theatre Company’s House, among others. She has studied with teachers such as Mattia Sebastian (Italy), Hugo Arrevillaga, Conn Horgan (teacher and lifetime member of the Actors Studio), Mauricio Kartun (Argentina), Ylia Popesku, Antonio Salinas, and Rogelio Luévano, among others.

 

In 2025, she participated in the Summer Residency of the Suzuki Toga Camp in Toga, Japan, home of the SCOT Company founded by master Tadashi Suzuki.
